About the Journal

     مجلة البيبان للدراسات القانونية والسياسية هي مجلة دورية دولية تصدر عن كلية الحقوق والعلوم السياسية، جامعة برج بوعريريج –الجزائر ISSN: 2477-9970 EISSN: 2800-1540

تخضع الأوراق المقدمة إليها إلى عملية تحكيم ومراجعة مزدوجة التعمية، وفق القواعد العلمية والمنهجية ومعايير الأخلاق الأكاديمية والأصالة المطلوبة في إعداد المقالات العلمية، وهي مجلة نصف سنوية، متحصلة على معامل التأثير والاستشهادات المرجعية للمجلات العلمية العربية أرسيف (ARCIF)، وهي مفتوحة الوصول، تفتح المجلة المجال للنشر الدولي على نطاق واسع لجميع الباحثين كجمهور مستهدف من جميع الرتب كطلاب الدراسات العليا والأساتذة وكافة الباحثين سواء في الأوساط البحثية أو الأكاديمية أو الدوائر الحكومية أو المؤسسات الاجتماعية على المستوى الوطني والدولي. لنشر الأوراق البحثية الأكاديمية المتخصصة ذات الجودة والأصالة وفقًا للمعايير الدولية والتي لم يسبق نشرها، وينشر البحث بثلاث لغات: العربية أو الإنجليزية أو الفرنسية في التخصصات التالية: (القانون)، (شريعة وقانون)، (العلوم السياسية والعلاقات الدولية)، (بحوث حول الأمن والأمن القانوني)، (علم الاجتماع والعلوم السياسية)، (العلوم الإدارية)، (الإدارة العامة)، (الحوكمة العمومية). وتعمل على نشرها بعد خضوعها للتحكيم والخبرة المزدوجة من قبل هيئة علمية متخصصة في هذا المجال.

Papers submitted to it are subject to a double-blind arbitration and review process, in accordance with scientific and methodological rules and standards of academic ethics and originality required in preparing scientific articles. It is a semi-annual journal, obtaining the impact factor and reference citations of Arab scientific journals ARCIF (ARCIF), which is open access. The journal opens The scope for international publication is widespread for all researchers as a target audience of all ranks, such as graduate students, professors, and all researchers, whether in research or academic circles, government departments, or social institutions at the national and international levels. To publish specialized academic research papers of quality and originality in accordance with international standards that have not been previously published. The research is published in three languages: Arabic, English, or French in the following specializations: (Law), (Sharia and Law), (Political Sciences and International Relations), (Research on Security). Legal Security), (Sociology and Political Science), (Administrative Sciences), (Public Administration), (Public Governance). It is working on publishing it after undergoing arbitration and double expertise by a scientific body specialized in this field
